If you have a claim, please contact BAA and log your claim first so that we can advise you.
Please note that diagnostic charges are not covered under this guarantee.
When contacting the garage, do not mention that the work may be related to a warranty. In some cases, this can delay your booking, as certain garages may prioritise other types of work.
Do not approve or authorise any repairs until you have spoken with a member of our team and the diagnosis has been reviewed.
Once your claim has been assessed and approved, you will be issued an authorisation number to proceed.
